Who Brought the Wicked Junior Brother Back to Life?

Concise version:

The spoiled little junior brother finally gets himself killed after causing trouble at every turn. But when he opens his eyes, he's reborn.

There are three possible suspects capable of using the forbidden rebirth art:

1. His master, who has long since lost patience with him and no longer wants to deal with him.

2. His senior brother, who used to dote on and look after him, but later grew to hate and reject him.

3. His future Dao companion, who used to do everything he said as a child, but now only wants to break off their engagement.

All three could have done it, yet none of them seems likely.

The little junior brother is completely baffled. Who would risk their life to use a forbidden art to bring him back?
