[Detective Conan] When Dolphins Fall in Love with Sharks

On a rainy night, a wounded shark met a dolphin.

An angel spread its wings and held up a candle in the darkness for another angel who believed itself to be a demon.

As gentle hands bandaged the bleeding wounds and understanding soothed the scars that remained,

two souls saw each other and finally found their missing halves, becoming whole.

Ran Ai Ran.

Every time I watch an anime, fans of ShinRan and KaiAo are always arguing and taking sides.

They're both great characters, but people talk as if something terrible has happened to them.

So I'm here to offer a compromise (doge).

P.S. The orientations in this fanfiction don't represent the characters' official orientations. What if, in the end, they turn out to be as straight as the helicopter Gin flies? (doge)

A chaotic, morally neutral short story, probably ending after a dozen or a few dozen chapters. It should be finished, probably.

P.P.S. I'll try to keep the characters true to the original. Any OOC moments are on me. Anything not covered by the original is just stuff I made up as I pleased.

Theme: There's no need to turn shipping into a war between factions, is there?
