[Haikyuu!!] Volleyball Idiots Will Never Get a Wife!

“Bring me lunch one more time and I’ll say yes.” The smug look on the blond fox’s face stung my eyes. Not again...

After being “played” once more, I pressed “Give Up on the Route” without hesitation.

I’d lost count of how many times it had happened.

“Lord Oikawa knows he’s charming, sure, but rabbits don’t eat grass from their own burrow...”

“Sorry, you’re really neat and all, but I think we’d be better off as friends.”

“What?! You like men...?” They were dragged away with a hand clamped over their mouth before they could finish.

“I don’t think what I feel for you is love.” So blunt there was nothing to criticize.

And so many more confessions that never got a direct response.

(First time writing a Haikyuu!! fic, and the characterization is wildly off, run while you can!

The protagonist doesn’t play volleyball at first, but works as a manager. Later, he goes straight on to become king of the volleyball court. I can’t stand seeing my darling treated unfairly.)

Theme: Can volleyball fanatics spare a thought for their wives?
