Infinite NPCs, Infinite Cheats

When the protagonist woke up one day, he suddenly discovered that he was trapped in a time loop.

Every time a new loop began, several strangers would randomly appear beside him and perform all kinds of spectacular deaths right in front of him.

Terrified, he thought he was trapped in some horrifying death game, and that everyone else was an NPC in the game.

Only after he finally survived to the end and watched the strangers vanish one by one before his eyes did he realize that he'd gotten the truth backward.

Those people weren't NPCs. They were players. And he wasn't trapped in a time loop: he was a dungeon NPC who had awakened to self-awareness.

The protagonist, who'd always thought he was the player: Huh...?

He'd thought he was trapped in a nightmare, with only one breath left and death waiting at any moment. In fact, he was an NPC with a billion lives.

He couldn't die. He really couldn't die!

To escape the nightmare for good, the protagonist teamed up with a player and achieved a perfect clear, permanently shutting down the dungeon.

Only then did he learn that his player partner was a dungeon powerhouse, and that he himself had become an Advent NPC who could travel between dungeons.

The cooperation between NPCs and players made the infinite world target them at every turn. It also showed the protagonist how beautiful the world beyond the dungeons could be. He and his player partner hooked their fingers and swore an oath, entrusting each other with their backs. I'll help you clear the game, and you'll help me find the road to freedom.

At the final battle, everyone was nervous. "I'm so anxious! Once this fight is over, we can go back to the real world and live properly!"

The protagonist nodded, too. "I'm so anxious, too! Once this fight is over, I'll have to go live in the real world in a body that can't be revived after I die. I'm worried I won't get used to it!"

"Don't worry. You'll be fine, whether you're here or in the real world," his player partner said through gritted teeth behind him. "But if you keep being so nosy and running your mouth, I'll personally help you get used to your new body until you learn to fear death."
