Dangerous Relationship

Synopsis 1:

As a monster bounty hunter, Lin Wangran's job is to hunt down the monsters in this world. Monsters are humans who have evolved new abilities.

Completing jobs one after another and saving up to find her little brother a wife become her only goals.

While working in the Golden Triangle one day, she comes across a beautiful woman. She figures she might as well bring her home to be her brother's wife and save herself a lot of money.

But the woman keeps telling her, "I'm a monster. Kill me, or you'll die."

Lin Wangran has never seen such a beautiful monster and thinks the woman is joking. Gradually, she no longer wants to marry the girl off to her brother.

But one day, beneath the moonlight, a pair of blazing sun wings unfurl from the woman's back. She hadn't been lying.

Even so, Lin Wangran holds the woman tightly in her arms. "You're not a monster. You'll be my bride."

For the rights of the evolved, Qin Zhuiyi is sent into the human world. She's lucky enough to meet the most formidable bounty hunter around.

This woman seems never to have met an evolved person like her, and thinks she's human too. Qin Zhuiyi can sense the blood of many of her fellow evolved on the woman's hands.

Under the agreement between the evolved and humans, Qin Zhuiyi repeatedly approaches her, telling her that if she doesn't kill Qin Zhuiyi, Qin Zhuiyi will kill her. But the woman doesn't seem to care, and is always smiling at her.

Qin Zhuiyi tries to convince herself that maybe humans are just this foolish, not as frightening as she'd imagined. But for some reason, being by the woman's side feels easy and happy.

That day, Qin Zhuiyi's companions find the woman and come after her for revenge. In the heat of the moment, she spreads her wings and shields the woman from danger.

She thought the woman would push her away, since she was a monster too.

But Qin Zhuiyi will never forget Lin Wangran's embrace, her trembling body, or those words: "You're not a monster. You'll be my bride."

Early on:

Lin Wangran: This girl is gorgeous. She'll make a great wife for my little brother, and save us a fortune in betrothal gifts.

Qin Zhuiyi: I'm not human.

Lin Wangran: She's a little odd, but I suppose she'll do?

Qin Zhuiyi: ...Are all humans this stupid?

Later on:

Lin Wangran: Wife, wife.

Qin Zhuiyi: What do you want? Am I not your sister-in-law? Isn't that why you brought me home?

Lin Wangran: Just kidding. My brother's a grown man. He doesn't need me to worry about him. Come cuddle with me~

Qin Zhuiyi: ...Humans really are stupid, but they're kind of cute...

Synopsis 2:

Three hundred years ago, a strange rain mysteriously fell upon Earth. From that day on, some humans began to evolve. They grew strange-looking bodies and developed extraordinary abilities.

With powers ordinary humans lacked, the evolved lost control. Some began to rob, kill, and burn, no longer bound by the law.

Among humanity, some people emerged who could hunt them down. Lin Wangran was one of them.

She had lost count of how many monsters she had killed. She thought she'd spend the rest of her life taking bounty jobs, until she brought a beautiful woman home after one mission.

That woman was supposed to be a wife for her younger brother. Somehow, she became close with everyone in the gang. And somehow, Lin Wangran stopped wanting her to be her brother's wife.

War between humans and the evolved is about to erupt. Qin Zhuiyi spreads her wings and reveals her true form before Lin Wangran.

One is the ruler of the evolved, the other the leader of the hunters. Perhaps their dangerous relationship was destined from the very beginning.
