Back to My Aunt's School Days

Jian Hao fell in love with her mother's friend, Tan Yanqing. Since childhood, she had heard that Auntie Tan fell for someone in school, but that person broke her heart. After that, she shut herself off from love and never dated again. On her seventeenth birthday, Jian Hao worked up the courage to confess to Auntie Tan. The result was predictable: her confession was rejected, and Auntie Tan told her to go home and work through a couple more years' worth of college entrance exam questions to clear her head. Sent home, Jian Hao grew more and more upset, and secretly drank her mother's red wine. When she woke up, she discovered she'd traveled back to Auntie Tan's high school days? A few days later, she had two questions: 1. Weren't Auntie Tan and her mom good friends? Why was the whole grade saying they didn't get along? 2. Who was the person Auntie Tan liked? Then she had two things to do: 1. Find out what was going on between Auntie Tan and her mom. 2. Investigate who broke Auntie Tan's heart! (This one is important.) When her good friend had a child, Tan Yanqing naturally became the child's godmother. But as the child grew older, Tan Yanqing found her more and more familiar. Jian Hao... Why did she look so much like that heartless girl who said she liked Tan Yanqing in high school, then vanished without a trace the very next day?! [She'll travel back to the present, too] [Early timeline: 2008, both are 17. Later timeline: 2026, ages 35 and 18] (Blurb written on 2023/12/8) Theme: Whether in the past or the future, cherish the people around you.
