Big Sister Princess

Probably an aloof princess and an honest girl The princess has a prosthetic left leg | Staying over | Versatile 1. The first time Pu Xiao saw Lan An, she finally understood what the word "princess" in fairy tales meant. It was not just her looks, but also the atmosphere around her at first glance. In a flowing white dress, with softly curled hair around her neck, she stood proudly on the spiral staircase. The last rays of the setting sun fell behind her, as if even the sun favored her most. And Pu Xiao? She wore faded, worn-out canvas shoes and a black jacket that looked completely out of place in the lavish, spacious villa. Standing in the shadows, she was like an ugly duckling. As they exchanged uneasy glances, her mother whispered in her ear, "Xiaoxiao, say hello to your big sister." 2. She called Lan An "Big Sister," but Lan An did not respond. She merely glanced at her and walked away. She was assigned to the same school and class as Lan An. But Lan An refused to walk with her to and from school. After school, Lan An left through the front gate, while she went out through the back, where the driver came to pick her up. Lan An seemed to hate her. 3. For family reasons, she had moved from a small town to the city to study. When people talked about her being a country bumpkin, having bad grades, and speaking with an accent, Lan An glanced at her just as she had the first time they met, then stepped in front of her and retorted to them point by point. When they got home, Lan An stood on the stairs, looking down at her. "Don't think I was sticking up for you. I've just been sick of them for a long time." That was what Lan An said. Still, after that, a college student majoring in broadcasting came over every weekend to tutor her. Her grades improved, and her Mandarin became more standard by the day. Sometimes, as she passed Lan An's bedroom, she would see Lan An gently push a cart piled with clothes toward her. "I don't like these. Get rid of them." Then Lan An would turn and close the door, leaving Pu Xiao to stare at the designer clothes in the cart, their tags still attached. One time, Lan An caught her sneaking a look. But instead of frowning as Pu Xiao had expected, she lifted her chin haughtily and tilted it twice, asking, "Do you want to kiss me?" She paused, then said, "I suppose... I'll let you kiss me just once." Watching Lan An's neck turn bright red, Pu Xiao thought: Big Sister... maybe she doesn't hate me that much after all.
