[Detective Conan] Toru Is Working a Part-Time Job Again Today

Tsukimiya Toru considers himself an utterly ordinary bookstore-cafe owner. Though his past is rather eventful and he has a few abilities that aren't exactly scientific, he still thinks he's perfectly normal. A few years later, he not only runs into his “ex-boyfriend,” who turned to crime after they broke up, but also sees another police officer friend he knows, supposedly working for the Public Security Bureau, standing beside him. Tsukimiya: What is going on with all of you? Why did you all join that organization? “Toru-nii? Shu-nii, he...” Tsukimiya: “Oh, your Shu-nii ran away from home and has been missing for ages. I can't believe you still think about him after all this time. Masumi, you're such a sweet kid.” Masumi Sera, who'd just gotten a pat on the head, looked up in a daze and belatedly went, “Oh.” Rei Furuya, passing them by: “?” * Let's break up. I found something out, and I don't want to put you in a difficult position, so let's end things here. Y.T After laboriously writing the breakup note, Tsukimiya casually tossed the birthday present he'd prepared into a hidden compartment. He touched the ring on his hand, his expression distant. “My luck has never been very good.” He didn't know how to face Shuichi Akai, much less the mother he'd never met before. After thinking it over for a while, he decided to cut the problem off at its source. Only by taking down that organization can all of this end, for everyone involved. The blue-eyed cat seemed pleased with his choice. “I thought you'd run away from it, but you're being so direct. You want to deal with the organization causing the problem head-on.” “Much more dependable than Dazai.” Cat's praise.jpg Tsukimiya: “...Thanks for the compliment?” [Before You Dive In] * The main plot mostly follows the Detective Conan storyline, with some of Tsukimiya's past possibly woven in. * Tsukimiya is also very smart. He's not quite at the scriptwriter level, but he's among the best. * Side couples: Hakuba x Kaito, Dazai x Chuuya. 1. The pairing is Akai. He's really handsome. 2. The author's IQ isn't high, so please don't look for logic in this story. 3. OOC warning. If it's not your thing, please don't flame me. Feel free to click away, thanks. Theme: Change all the things that leave us with regrets.
