The full manuscript is being written and will be posted once complete. The story probably won't launch until the end of 2026.
This is a bottom-focused story (emphasis!!!)
Stern, rigid disciple who doesn't realize his feelings x sharp, devoted master who has been plotting this all along
-01-
A stern, rigid, nameless swordsman appeared in a remote border town.
He had a face of peerless beauty, but his manner was strict and dull. The battered sword on his back probably couldn't even cut vegetables.
The townspeople advised him to practice his swordsmanship diligently and try his luck at the Sword Inquiry Pavilion in search of immortality.
But the swordsman only shook his head, cradled his rusty sword, and slowly walked away.
Until one day:
The Blood Demon from the wanted list arrived with a cruel grin. Blood flew everywhere, and with no hope of rescue, desperate cries rang through the town.
Just as everyone was about to die, a sword came flying in.
The rusty sword that had been mocked as junk surged with killing intent. A violent wind swept the blood away, and the enormous Blood Demon crashed to the ground.
The newcomer glanced back at the crowd and smiled faintly.
That day, everyone in town suddenly understood one thing.
There really were sword immortals in this world.
-02-
Shen Huaichuan, the most dazzling student of the Sword Inquiry Pavilion and the foremost person in the immortal realm, was dead.
That day, dark clouds hung like iron beneath an apocalyptic sky. Shen Huaichuan laughed three times, her black hair loose and her blue robe stained with blood. She made herself into a sword and perished with the demon lord.
By some stroke of luck, she lived another life. Shen Huaichuan decided to go along with the mistake and not return home. After a lifetime of toil, all she wanted this time was to live in peace for herself.
Who could have guessed that the people she had found cold and tiresome in her past life would come one after another, trying to expose her secret identity, their eyes full of an obstinacy she couldn't understand?
A gentle old friend she hadn't seen in years suddenly appeared in her courtyard, pressing her at every turn and asking how long she planned to keep avoiding her.
Her cold, high-ranking senior sister appeared out of nowhere, speaking softly as she quietly apologized to her.
Her arrogant nemesis, who claimed to hate her, pursued her relentlessly, then burst into tears at the sight of her blue robe.
Shen Huaichuan: ...
Wait, how are you all so good at changing your tune???
-03-
Shen Huaichuan had one regret in her past life.
She had defied propriety and seemed to have fallen for her master.
She spent her days tormented by the rules of propriety, gazing at the person she loved without ever finding a way out.
So perhaps giving up her life for all the people of the immortal realm had been the best ending for her.
But she never imagined that someone would give up the path to heaven itself to bring her back from the dead.
The soul bells of the Sword Pavilion rang for seven days and seven nights, all for the sake of one seemingly hopeless possibility.
1. Plot and romance are in a 70/30 ratio.
2. Bottom-focused story, with an older master as the top (important!)
3. A little melodramatic and a little cheesy.
4. The disciple only has feelings for the master. There might be characters whose love goes unrequited, but that's fine. Everyone's rich anyway (nods).
