The Big Shot Still Can’t Pass Today

In the year 136 of the New Era, the United Accord was signed. More than a hundred years after the end of the old world's apocalypse, humanity had finally established a new order.

That same year, a legendary pioneer squad lost its captain and nearly disbanded on the spot.

Under the new United Accord law, their captain Xichi, who could venture alone into an S-rank Lost Zone and emerge unscathed, had to go to school first, since she wouldn't turn eighteen for another two months.

Xichi: Wait for me. I'll be back once I get my diploma.

On the first day of school that year, the First Academy of Esoteric Magic posted the class assignments based on the new students' entrance exam scores. The list filled four entire screens at the front gate.

At the very bottom, in plain sight, was Xichi.

tips:

1. My take on magic and science, pseudo-wasteland, not Western fantasy.

2. The title and details may change before I start writing, but the core premise won't.

3. I will definitely write my dream premise. Please add it to your preorders!!!!
