The Planet Devourer

Lin Mo is a young planet devourer who, for various reasons, is currently staying on Blue Star.

He thought he wouldn't be able to leave Blue Star and return to the universe for a thousand years, unless Blue Star's technology advanced so far that everyone could fly into space. Only then could he go home. But one morning, countless faint, indistinct interstellar warships appeared in the sky above Blue Star.

The judgment panel from a higher-dimensional civilization looked down on them and issued a cruel, malicious proclamation.

"Let's play a game. If you lose, you'll become our slaves. If you win, we'll allow you to join the Interstellar Civilization Alliance." Their mocking tone dripped with condescension, as if they were granting a favor.

Seeing this, the planet devourer, who had been starving on Blue Star for over ten thousand years, widened his eyes.

[Food! So much food! The whole sky is full of food!!!]

At that moment, only one sentence echoed in Lin Mo's mind.

After the competition had been underway for a while, the judgment panel from the higher-dimensional civilization arrived with a heap of gifts. In earnest, regretful voices, their eyes full of pleading, they said, "We can make an exception and let Blue Star join the Interstellar Civilization Alliance directly." Your contestant is going to eat their entire civilization if you let him keep going!

Blue Star's leaders fell silent: ... Well, they couldn't exactly make that decision for him!

Core message: Believe in the light.
