What's Wrong with an Ultraman Warrior Enjoying Some Anime?!

I ran away from home, from Planet M421 to this beautiful, azure... Earth, where anime exists.

Back home, there was nothing but endless hunting and survival challenges with no end in sight. But here, there is a peaceful life, and wonderful works about love and bonds! Nothing could be better!

So I concealed my identity and settled down in this world as a shut-in college student, dreaming of becoming a manga artist and spending my days at home reading manga, drawing manga, and earning royalties.

While I was out visiting an anime convention and gathering material for my work, monsters appeared in this world! Right at my university!!!

Before I could get there, a blue Ultraman appeared. He looked similar to my true form... but not quite the same. Even his markings were very simple. He clumsily protected the city, despite being gravely wounded himself.

My eyes lit up.

A giant warrior who got off to a rough start but slowly grew stronger, and never gave up: there could be no better story!!

I have to follow him (crossed out)! I need a constant stream of inspiration and material for my manga submission to the Newcomer Cup, Giant Mountain Super Power!

But after I transformed to save someone one time... why has he gotten so completely attached to me?

"Senpai! Teach me how to fight!"

"Senpai! Your beam is amazing. Is there a trick to firing it?"

"Senpai... You're graduating? Does that mean we'll be separated?"

Standing outside my house late at night, the Ultra Warrior lowered his head like a kitten caught in the rain. "I thought... we could live on this planet forever."

I struggled to keep a straight face, then couldn't help shouting:

"Don't assume there'll always be youth and friends and love and a house and T-shirts and you and me and Gintama anime!"

The monsters that will destroy Earth are here. A new storm has appeared. How can I stand still?!

Kid, watch closely.

The strong are supposed to protect the weak, the people they love, and their fellow Ultras!

[Notes Before Reading]

* Everyone, come watch Tio and Ultraman Blazar!!

* Updates are irregular. The original series is still ongoing, so there may inevitably be differences in the settings and out-of-character moments. Please bear with me.

* The heroine is named Mu Zhiben Gui. That was intentional in every sense. There are lots of references and the story gets pretty surreal.

Theme: Fight for peace on Earth, young Ultra!
