[Mysterious Lotus Casebook Fanfiction] It Can Only Be a Legend

A tribute to the original author and creative team: All the honors belong to them. Thank you for bringing us this Jianghu that we simply could not miss this summer.

Blurb:

A space-time merchant has recently taken a fancy to a beautiful bug. Her peculiar tastes mean no one is placing any orders, so if she wants to add it to her collection, she will have to figure out how to get it herself.

After working for who knows how long, she seems to have never taken a break from trading across different planes.

So the space-time merchant took some vacation days...

High-energy warnings ahead:

1. This is the ninth installment in the Space-Time series. You can read the Lotus Tower-related sections based on the TV drama without having read the earlier installments.

2. This fanfic is entirely based on the TV drama Lotus Tower. I have the original novel on my bookshelf at home, but haven't had a chance to read it yet.

3. The original female lead has no romantic pairing. The story is all about relaxing with a back-to-nature vacation.

4. This story contains a lot of headcanons. The broader setting of the Space-Time series was explained in earlier installments, so I won't repeat it here. New readers can ask in the comments if anything is unclear, and the old angels will help out.

5. High-energy OOC warning. If you find it unbearable as you read, feel free to drop it without telling me.

6. The female lead is invincible, plays dumb to catch her enemies off guard, has a god's-eye view and cheats, and is a spoiled brat. Enter at your own risk.

7. I'm writing this out of love. Aside from serious logical flaws, I won't accept unsolicited writing advice.

The other Space-Time series stories are listed in the author's collection. Pick whichever one you like. If you like me as an author, please bookmark my work.

Theme: After helplessness comes a wide-open horizon.
