Since ancient times, the emperors of the dynasty have relied on the Wei Clan to support the court. The Wei Clan has produced generations of talented people, all of noble character.

Without the Wei family, the dynasty would not be what it is today.

Wei Junze, the eldest legitimate son of the Wei family, is disciplined and courteous, with a tranquil and desireless nature. Raised from childhood to become head of the clan, he has not a blemish to his name. And yet, a rumor circulates that he shares a secret, illicit affair with his aunt.

Wei Wei is a daughter brought into the Wei family, but she has been spoiled into arrogance. The young men and women of the Wei family who are around her age must respectfully call her "Aunt."

No matter how dissatisfied they are, no one dares to overstep their station and slight her.

That is, until her biological father finds her and promises her in marriage to the marquis of the Duke of State's household to cement a political alliance.

Late at night, someone from the Wei family comes to offer congratulations.

"It seems Aunt has forgotten that everything she wants is given to her by your nephew."

1. Wei Wei is five years older than Junze. (He is 19, she is 24.)

2. Older woman-younger man pairing
