Don't Cry! My Sea Otter [Genshin Impact]

[CP: Goliath x Neuvillette]

After the Sumeru scribe rescued Goliath from the desert, she could never remember who she was.

One day, she suddenly discovered that water could talk.

"The other half of your soul is in the Nation of Water. Find it, and you can find the gateway to another world."

To retrieve her soul, Goliath decided to open a drink shop in Fontaine.

Once there, she discovered that Fontaine's weather was unpredictable, with rain falling for more than half the year.

Even harder to predict than the weather was how everyone here seemed to have two faces.

The Hydro Archon is a mascot?

The magician is a heart thief?

The prison warden is a scheming wolf?

Some even say the lofty Chief Justice is a sea otter who sheds tiny pearls?

Goliath looked skeptically at the white-furred sea otter sleeping soundly in her arms. I don't believe it. Unless you let me have a look.

On the day the drink shop officially opened, the line stretched from Fontaine all the way to Mondstadt.

Alhaitham: I've already approved the application for a drink shop in Sumeru.

Zhongli: Where would you like to go next? If you'd like to open a shop in Liyue, I have some excellent recommendations.

Diluc: Just tell me what you need. You know where to find the best drink shaker in Mondstadt.

Kamisato Ayato: I wonder if I might have the honor of inviting you to open a shop in Inazuma. How about the Yashiro Commission?

As more and more foreign friends arrived, the rain in Fontaine grew heavier.

Goliath fished the emo white-furred sea otter out from under the counter. Don't worry, I'm not going anywhere.

Stability can be a wonderful thing, but Goliath was destined to be extraordinary.

After reclaiming her soul from the Fatui, Goliath discovered she was just a tiny bit powerful.

It turned out she could control water not because she was born from water, but because water was born from her!

The Fatui, with no sense of self-preservation, returned for another round.

Goliath: It's time to show you the power of forbidden might.

To eliminate the source of the chaos, Goliath had no choice but to leave Fontaine and embark on a new journey, roaming Teyvat in search of the gateway to another world.

But the road ahead was full of obstacles.

She met many people and encountered many things. More and more bonds tied her to this world.

Until one day, the Hydro Archon stopped her. Come back, Goliath. If you don't return soon, Fontaine will be flooded.

Neuvillette had lived in Fontaine for five hundred years, yet still couldn't understand human emotions.

That is, until five weeks after he met Goliath.

He covered her gaze as she peeked at Wriothesley. Don't look at anyone else like that again!
