My Top-Tier Star Rival and I Made Our Fake Romance Real

Yun Shu had access to top-tier resources when she debuted, starring in one big-budget production after another, and every one of them bombed spectacularly.

Lu Sian became a top-tier star thanks to his work just one year after his debut. He had a face like it was sculpted by a computer and acting talent gifted by the heavens. Yet he was humble and low-key, and got along wonderfully with everyone in the industry, except Yun Shu.

As luck would have it, Yun Shu snatched Lu Sian's Best Newcomer award.

Even worse, they ended up in the same movie.

She was the lead.

After their first kissing scene, the director and screenwriter fell silent.

These two had absolutely no chemistry.

Every time they looked at each other, it seemed like they were about to pull out knives and kill one another.

To keep this big-budget movie from bombing too, Yun Shu swallowed her pride and softly begged Lu Sian to practice with her in private.

The night they finished filming their intimate scenes, Yun Shu found herself in Lu Sian's room as usual, kissing him passionately.

In a brief pause between kisses, she suddenly remembered, "We don't have to practice anymore, do we?"

"We haven't wrapped yet." Lu Sian paused, his hand tightening around her waist. "What, are you slacking off again?"

Unconvinced, Yun Shu looped her arms around his neck again.

On the day filming wrapped, the two blocked each other as agreed and swore they would never work together again.

Later, Yun Shu joined a new production.

But the paparazzi kept catching Lu Sian showing up on set every few days.

The first time, he was passing by.

The second time, he was visiting a friend.

The third time, he sat behind the monitors and watched Yun Shu and a male actor gaze into each other's eyes, their chemistry practically crackling.

Lu Sian's face went completely dark.

After filming, he cornered Yun Shu in an empty hallway.

"Where did you get that chemistry with him?"

Yun Shu smirked. "I got into character."

Lu Sian stepped closer, his tall frame trapping her in the corner. His familiar scent suddenly enveloped her, and Yun Shu's breathing faltered as she instinctively turned her face away.

"What about now? Are you still in character?"

His voice was terribly hoarse, almost gritted through his teeth.

"Yun Shu, what am I to you?"
