[Naruto] Learning Ninjutsu Can't Save Kirigakure GB

When she was eight, Kirigakure's genin Hozuki Yingyue met a spirit only she could see. The spirit came from another world, a peaceful and prosperous place beyond the imagination of Hozuki Yingyue, who had grown up amid war. She hoped she could transform Kirigakure into a similarly peaceful and prosperous place.

She studied ninjutsu hard and grew stronger. The name Hozuki Raksha spread across the Five Great Nations, but it didn't make any difference.

Then one day, as she listened to the spirit tell stories about the history of her world, Hozuki Yingyue had an epiphany: learning ninjutsu couldn't save Kirigakure!

And so she became a rogue ninja. (Not really.)

Then she left the village, founded a newspaper, influenced the Five Great Nations through public opinion, became a company's CEO, climbed to the top of the world, and won the hand of a beautiful woman.

There is a male lead, Kakashi. Also, note the title: this is GB, a gender-bender romance, so the heroine really does win a beautiful woman in the literal sense. There are also yuri and danmei elements. In short, the mix is complicated, so be warned.
