Can the Hehuan Sect Play Matchmaker Too?

As a direct disciple of the leader of the Hehuan Sect, Xun Yue had always been confident in herself.

That is, until she received a sect mission to win over a Buddhist monk.

No matter how hard Xun Yue tried, she couldn't move the monk in the slightest.

After another failed attempt, she stormed off.

On the way, she met a handsome stranger who even called her "big sis."

Xun Yue was delighted, so she decided to win him over.

Everything went smoothly until she accidentally discovered that the stranger was Mu Zuo, a renowned powerhouse in the cultivation world.

Remembering the grudge she'd incurred with him when she was still a novice, Xun Yue panicked. She was sure Mu Zuo had known who she was all along and had come specifically to get revenge.

Xun Yue ran away, but hadn't gone far when she ran into the monk. Looking furious, he accused her of seducing him and then abandoning him.

Xun Yue: I didn't! I never did! Don't make things up! I couldn't even get you interested, so why are you accusing me of leading anyone on?

Just then, Mu Zuo showed up too. Faced with the scene, Xun Yue took off again.

But Mu Zuo had seen it coming. He'd planted a tracking spell on her long ago, so it didn't take him long to find her.

Meanwhile, the sect gave Xun Yue another mission.

Unable to shake Mu Zuo, Xun Yue had to let him tag along.

And so, with Mu Zuo watching, Xun Yue flirted with one person after another.

This time, she was a great success. Every person she flirted with ended up in a couple, finding their perfect match.

Xun Yue even played matchmaker at several weddings.

Watching Xun Yue grin foolishly at a wedding, Mu Zuo couldn't help wondering: How had she managed to win him over back then?
