Blurb:
Zhao Gou is a workaholic who has endured a difficult life, holds immense power, and has locked away his heart. He is the domineering CEO hero of a novel whose tragic and beautiful fantasy has become reality.
By accident, Zhao Gou's soul leaves his body and enters the Northern Song of another timeline.
There, he meets a man with the same name as his, a man he despises, who has just returned from the Jurchen camp: the current Prince Kang and future Emperor Gaozong of Song, "Zhao Gou."
He meets loyal ministers whose deaths were a heartbreaking loss.
He meets the disastrous Emperors Huizong and Qinzong, and their lackeys.
He rubs his hands together, brimming with ambition.
If Huizong and Qinzong want to act like cowards before the Jin, he'll beat them into submission first.
If the peace faction wants to hand over money and territory to buy safety, they'll first have to surrender all their family fortunes.
If the surrounding nations eye the Song with greedy intent, he'll crush them all.
In this timeline, he will change history once and for all.
tips:
1. This is not an accurate historical novel. It's an alternate timeline, all based on imagination.
2. The focus is on challenges, letting loose, and venting. I reply selectively to comments and will delete ones I don't like.
3. The original premise can no longer be used, so the whole novel has been heavily revised. The plot hasn't changed too much, only the setup: the protagonist has changed from transmigrating into Zhao Gou to arriving in his own body, and his name has been changed to Zhao Li.
Additional note:
The idea for this story came from reading historical fanfiction, and I wanted to challenge myself. However, I'm not a history expert. After reading the history books, I realized two things: 1. My attempt at serious historical fiction has failed. 2. My blood pressure has gone through the roof, and I'm in a terrible mood.
So this is purely a venting, anything-goes story. There may be glaring errors, no logic, and things that don't match history. If you don't like that, please just click X. Thank you.
Here's a planned story:
Jia Lian: A Chuunibyou Version
Jia Li'an, a poor student in eighth grade, transmigrates.
He becomes Jia Lian from Dream of the Red Chamber.
Only he's arrived a little too early. He hasn't even been born yet.
While still in the womb, he gets to hear all about the Situ family's "Nine Dragons Contesting for the Throne" in the Great Jing dynasty.
Jia Lian's chuunibyou spirit burns bright.
This has to be a parallel timeline of the Qing dynasty.
Why are these princes fighting over the throne and the imperial title?
The world is so vast. Wouldn't it be better for each of them to seize a piece of it and become a king or emperor?!
Jia She, a follower of the Crown Prince, receives a reward from him.
He is just about to share the news with his six-month-pregnant wife
when he hears a childish voice coming from her belly.
After repeatedly trying and failing to get rid of the "demon," Jia She gradually learns where his son came from.
With his son's foreknowledge, Jia She leads the Crown Prince astray,
but ends up helping him secure his position and bring peace to the land.
Theme: Peace can be preserved by seeking it through war
? No, why??? I don't understand But that's okay, I don't want the protagonist to be famous in this world of resentment with Zhao Gou's name forever.
Well, let alone the protagonist, the readers' resentment is enough to fill several realms of resentment!
I thought I was going to be humiliated and become an O when I did that before, but it turned out that I was addicted to being a 1.
The system should play less of a role. The cause and effect are not important. Just find a reason for the time-travel possession. Even if there is no system, it will not affect it at all.
Watching Song Dynasty really makes your blood pressure soar.

The dog surrenders too quickly and the beating is not enough
I turned the page and clicked the subscription without paying attention. Lujiang, you did it on purpose, right?
It should be Queen Mother Zheng. There are too many "Queen Zheng" characters.
Atractylodes, Polygala, I guess the next generation of the Fan family will be named Danggui. :)
