The Honest Guy Got His Rival's Baby

Lin Yaozhi has been annoyed by his nemesis, Zhou Sinian, ever since they were kids. He never imagined Zhou Sinian would follow him all the way to university. Lin Yaozhi is gentle and mild-mannered, and tries to avoid him, but Zhou Sinian keeps clinging to him.

Lin Yaozhi decides to ask his nemesis to talk things out, but he gets into a car accident on campus. When he wakes up again, he finds himself in bed with his nemesis.

Not only has he transmigrated to the 1980s, but, absurdly, his nemesis has come along too, and has become his newlywed spouse.

Zhou Sinian wakes up and looks at their tacky wedding clothes, completely baffled. "What's going on with you? And me?"

Lin Yaozhi sits on the bridal bed, wishing he were dead.

He'd already been avoiding Zhou Sinian, and never imagined that even death wouldn't save him from marrying him...

Before Zhou Sinian can figure out what's happening, Lin Yaozhi drags him into signing a postnuptial agreement: get rich together, then part on good terms.

A few months later, Lin Yaozhi throws up everything he eats. Thinking he has stomach cancer, Zhou Sinian rushes him to a major hospital in the middle of the night.

The doctor calmly says, "Congratulations, you two. Your wife is pregnant."

Lin Yaozhi stands silently beside him, gives him a long look, and cries out helplessly, his voice weak: "...Zhou Sinian, look what you've done!"

Zhou Sinian replies with complete seriousness, his eyes shining: "I'll take responsibility for you and the baby!"
