[Harry Potter] Child of the Rain

Pav felt as if all the rain in the world had it in for her. It rained when she started school, when she went on dates, and even when that person died.

It was as if some presence had cursed her to the bone.

Their shadows circled in the sky like carrion vultures. The moment she showed even the slightest hint of happiness or joy, the rain would pour down in torrents.

She damn well hated the rain.

The girl named Pav Potter was a child blessed by the sky. Every raindrop, before falling from the heavens, longed to meet her, like a moth drawn to a bright light, like a fallen leaf returning to the forest.

And they struggled, with what little strength they had, to try to extinguish the sparks burning along the threads of the girl's fate.

When the letter of acceptance arrived, it was like this. When the boy confessed his feelings, it was like this. Even when that person died, it was like this.

So they were hated with such determination.

A deranged work that brings together every possible warning: self-indulgent wish fulfillment, written as a romance but destined to have no CP, possibly a bad ending, definitely not eligible for serialization, updates whenever inspiration strikes, and writing whatever feels fun. Readers who can't accept that, beware.
