After Confessing to the Vongola Storm Guardian

One month after joining the Varia, I quit.

But before I left, I confessed to the Varia's Guardian.

Just as expected, he rejected me in no uncertain terms.

I accepted it calmly. After all, that guy was a complete "nine-bag-noodle" brain.

On the fourth day after I quit, the Tenth called me a million times, desperately trying to persuade me to come back. He said the Varia's Guardian was on the verge of a breakdown.

I didn't want anything to do with the Vongola anymore, so I replied by text:

Boss, you going to see him would be a hundred times more useful than me going back.

Then I blocked the Tenth, too.

By then, I had returned to my family and was going on the blind dates they had arranged for me.

My date was someone I knew very well, though his personality was a little unusual.

He wore a frog hood and spoke nonsense with a completely straight face.

"Miss Eureka has become me's fiancée. It's over. Me is going to get killed by the Varia Guardian, the boss of me's boss."

I couldn't laugh.
