The Sorcerer Boyfriend with Sunglasses and Curly Hair

[The new novel next door, My Morax Picked Me Up While I Was Cosplaying Rimuru, is out now. If you're interested, go check it out! Also, here's the upcoming novel I Got Matsuda to Become the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department's Casanova.] It seemed Heaven was playing a joke on him. On the day Zenin Chiya finally made it across the finish line, he was so excited that he died suddenly. It was tragic, but he was also incredibly lucky. After a silly System came crashing into him, he was reborn in an anime world he had once loved very much. But! Why was I born into the Zenin family?! This place is hell! It's the twenty-first century. How can a family still be this feudal? It's bad enough that they don't treat non-sorcerers like people, but they also practice close-relative marriage. Any family that doesn't regard women as people belongs in the dustbin of history! Anyway, even though I was born in a garbage heap, that doesn't mean I have to become part of it. From the moment I was born, I resolved to use the competitive grindset I learned growing up in China to outwork every Zenin sorcerer, become head of the Zenin family, and change this garbage heap, starting with myself! System: Host, do your best! I'll be your strongest support! You can exchange points for all sorts of abilities and items here! Complete missions and kill Cursed Spirits to earn points, then trade them for all kinds of rewards! N years later, Zenin Chiya, now head of the Zenin family, voiced a question from the depths of his soul: Why am I still so exhausted after becoming head of the family?! Jinpei-chan is waiting for me to dote on him, and at this rate he'll dump me! How can this be?! Why can Gojo be so carefree? It's not fair! Gojo: That's what you get for being so responsible and taking everything on yourself. Learn from me and you won't be so tired, hahaha! Geto: You've worked hard, but could you stop dragging me into everything? (Specifically, being forced to act as your love-life strategist over and over.) I'm busy too! Some Zenin gorilla: Pay me and I'll do the job! Ngh. (Anko yanks him by the ear.) Fine, I'll grudgingly help you with some of those tasks. You should be grateful, my foolish little brother. Zenin Megumi: Uncle, you've worked hard. I'll do my best to help! Some curly-haired police officer: Who's doting on whom?! And besides, I... I wouldn't dump you... (Mutters bashfully.) The following is the blurb for an upcoming novel. I Got Matsuda to Become the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department's Casanova Mochizuki Shu is twenty-two years old, male, and also attracted to men. He has just graduated from university, and after an accident, he picked up a "Goddess Raising System." Tempted by the System, Shu, who had been single since birth for nearly twenty-two years, began to feel restless. After successfully playing the miko named "Kikyo," Mochizuki Shu finally got his wish. But when he saw the blushing, innocent police academy student in front of him, stumbling over his words just to ask for his contact information, he immediately regretted it. He shouldn't have used deception to obtain such sincere affection. So Mochizuki Shu shamefully ran away. But six months later, while playing a different female character who was completely unlike "Kikyo," he unexpectedly ran into the police academy student who had blushed at him back then. And he kept staring at him? Panic.JPG But why did this guy suddenly slap himself? Was he on something?! * While attending the police academy, Matsuda Jinpei fell in love with a miko who worked part-time at a nearby shrine. Just as he was preparing to make his move, she suddenly vanished without a trace. No matter how hard he looked, he couldn't find where she had gone. Matsuda never gave up searching for that miko, but to his surprise, just after graduating from the police academy, he fell for a woman he'd only just met. This discovery left Matsuda Jinpei, now officially a police officer, utterly shaken. He even slapped himself hard across the face. Matsuda: I never thought I could be such a womanizing scumbag! I deserve to die! Mochizuki Shu: Did I drive him crazy?? But haven't I already changed roles? How did he recognize me?! * Many years later-- Hagiwara: Jinpei-chan... aren't you changing girlfriends a little too fast? Class Rep: Matsuda, if you keep this up, your reputation at the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department is really beyond saving! Blond Public Security Officer: Matsuda, do you deserve to wear the cherry blossom badge on your uniform?! Cat-Eyed Public Security Officer: Zero, Matsuda must have his reasons, right?! Matsuda: ...Why don't you just kill me? (They're all the same person! And he's a guy! You not recognizing him is one thing, but I told you and you still don't believe me. What am I supposed to do?!) Mochizuki Shu: Sorry, Jinpei. I can't help it either... (Whistles guiltily. It's not his fault, after all. The System is just too powerful.) Reader's guide: 1. Matsuda is the younger top (Matsuda is two years younger than the protagonist). Matsuda-chan seems like he'd be perfect for being spoiled. (A lot of readers are confused about who's the top, so I'm spelling it out here.) 2. I'm still a new author, so I hope you'll be kind in the comments. I'm not exactly fragile, but if you insult me for no reason, I'll insult you back. 3. I love the police academy group, so I'll definitely save them all throughout this novel. 4. I hope you enjoy reading! You can criticize the author, but don't attack the characters or readers. I'll delete those comments. Warnings: 1. The protagonist is hugely overpowered! This is a wish-fulfillment novel with lots of sweet moments. 2. Also, the protagonist isn't the demure, clingy type of bottom. He's rather assertive when it comes to romance, since he's a Special Grade sorcerer. 3. The timeline has been heavily altered. If you think something is wrong with it, it's probably because the author's limited brain has miscalculated again. Theme: Save those whose fates leave us unsatisfied, and enjoy an ordinary romance along the way.
