While he was bewildered, he was lucky enough to meet Hagiwara. Touched by the young man's warmth and kindness, he decided to protect this world until he could return to Teyvat. Even better, his friends far away in Teyvat had not forgotten him. When danger struck, they answered his call. Unfortunately... The early chapters lean toward everyday life, and the main plot starts around chapter twenty-something. 3. As always, I'm happy to accept criticism that my writing is bad, but please don't attack the characters or readers. 4. The timeline is a mess, so please don't worry about it. It's a crossover world, after all. 5. Some OOC is unavoidable, but I'll try not to go too overboard? Just after graduating from university, he unexpectedly obtained a 'Goddess Raising System.' Because of certain psychological scars, Shu, who had been single for almost twenty-two years, began to get restless. After successfully portraying a shrine maiden named 'Kikyo,' Mochizuki Shu finally got his wish. But when he saw the blushing, pure-hearted police academy student in front of him, stammering just to ask for his contact details, he immediately regretted it. He shouldn't have used deception to win such sincere affection. So Mochizuki Shu shamefully ran away. But he never expected that six months later, while playing a different female character who was nothing like 'Kikyo,' he would run into the same police academy student who had blushed at the sight of him. Matsuda never gave up looking for that shrine maiden, but to his surprise, just after graduating from the police academy, he fell for a woman he had only just met. This revelation left Jinpei Matsuda utterly shocked, and he even gave himself a resounding slap. Matsuda: "I never thought I could be such a womanizing scumbag! I deserve to die!" Mochizuki Shu: "Did I drive him crazy?? But haven't I already changed characters? How did he recognize me?!" * Years later... Hagiwara: "Jinpei-chan... aren't you changing girlfriends a little too quickly?" The squad leader: "Matsuda, if you keep this up, your reputation at the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department will be beyond saving!" The blond public security officer: "Matsuda, are you worthy of the cherry blossom badge on your chest?!" The cat-eyed public security officer: "Zero, Matsuda must have his reasons, right?!" Matsuda: "...Why don't you just kill me?" (They're all the same person! And he's a man! I could understand if you didn't recognize him, but you don't believe me even when I tell you. What am I supposed to do?!) Mochizuki Shu: "Sorry, Jinpei, I can't help it either..." (Guiltily whistles. It's not his fault; the System is just too powerful.) Reader's Guide: 1.
