Possessiveness (Entertainment Industry)

Everyone says Fu Xiuyuan is a playboy. He's flirtatious, but not promiscuous. He thought studying abroad would let him enjoy himself, but instead he got trapped by the troublesome childhood sweetheart he'd been fighting with since they were kids.

He'd already slept with her, so he could only reluctantly accept her as his girlfriend.

Fu Xiuyuan firmly believes that "emotional cheating doesn't count as cheating." His girlfriend has suffered more than once because his eyes keep wandering. One day, she finally can't take it anymore. She leaves him alone in Country A and elopes with his older brother, without even breaking up with him face-to-face.

Later, he learns that the only reason she was so fixated on him back then was that he looked just like his older brother.

In the past five years, he's only returned to the country twice, and both times his older brother stopped him from seeing her.

In the past five years, no matter how many times he asked, that damned woman refused to admit she was having an improper relationship with his older brother.

No improper relationship? Then how did she, with no formal training, get into show business? Who used their influence to land her all those roles when her acting was so poor?

No improper relationship? Then why did his older brother leave her a billion-dollar inheritance after he died? A billion isn't an enormous sum, but it's hardly small, either.

His older brother is gone now, and no one can stand between him and her anymore. So he's coming back to kill her.

What if she won't let him kill her?

He'll blacklist her and freeze her out.

Why else would he take over this lowbrow entertainment company, if not to make it easier to sleep with her?

Theme: Only by clearing up misunderstandings can they build a happy life together.
