That Monk Is Always Sneaking Glances at Me

[Gorgeous, powerful, ruthless female assassin x beautiful, tragic, pure-hearted young monk]

Jiang Li goes to pray at a temple, where a young monk is always sneaking glances at her.

Jiang Li pretends not to notice and deliberately walks past him again and again, trailing the scent of powder and perfume.

Until one day, the fragrance gives way to the stench of blood, and the young monk stares at her in horror.

He looks flustered and parts his lips, as if he has something to say.

But Jiang Li gives him no chance to speak. She raises her hand and knocks him unconscious.

Jiang Li is an assassin, and her target this time is the young monk at the temple.

Her superiors want him dead, but Jiang Li wants to save him.

She knocks him out and carries him away, killing everyone who takes the job of coming after him.

When the young monk wakes, he is bound hand and foot. He knows he won't live much longer, and can only hope in his heart that he will see her one more time.

Heaven is kind to him. Just when he'd given up hope, she comes.

And kisses him.

Then stabs him.

The young monk is happy to die by her hand.

But she asks, "Shall we get married?"

Childhood sweethearts reunite.
