The Room You Can't Leave Until You Do XX

Xie Shiyi of Class Nine was a notorious delinquent at Gezhi No. 5 High School. He skipped class and arrived late, scored a grand total of 250 across six exams, and got disciplined every few days. He was unquestionably the number one name on the school's blacklist.

As famous as his antics was his striking, handsome face. Everyone who knew him would sigh and say, "What a waste of a face like that."

Lu Jingxing of Class One was another legend at Gezhi No. 5 High School: an untouchable, top student who came first by a mile in every major and minor exam. He could score 740 out of 750, and had long held the top spot on the school's honor roll. He was every teacher's favorite.

The two had nothing to do with each other. Then one night, they opened their eyes in the same room. Above them hung a sign that read:

The room you can't leave unless you XX.

Xie Shiyi: ???

Xie Shiyi whipped around and saw the usually serene, composed face showing a look of shock for the first time.

The first time they entered the room: You can't leave until you finish the practice problems.

Xie Shiyi struggled in vain and was finally made to do math problems all night under Lu Jingxing's watchful eye. At last, they saw daylight again.

The second time they entered the room: You can't leave until you pass.

Xie Shiyi almost studied himself into a fever, spending a month in the room doing practice problems. At last, he just barely passed and was let out.

The third time they entered the room: ...

Xie Shiyi: "Seriously? Is this ever going to end? Did my dad send you to supervise my studies?"

Lu Jingxing silently stared up at the sign.

The room you can't leave unless you hold hands.

Xie Shiyi: "What the hell? Why should two guys hold hands?!"

They held hands with pinched noses for five minutes, and were finally let out again.

After being psychologically manipulated into thinking this task was unusually easy, Xie Shiyi wished that all the tasks in the room from then on would be just as simple.

Who could have guessed the next task would be: You can't leave unless you kiss.

Xie Shiyi: ?!

Theme: Only love and courage must never be let down.
