An Unscientific Energetic Idol (Rin 2.0)

Hoshino Rin, whose real name is Kinomoto Rin, is an active idol.

He lives with his aging father, an older brother, and a younger sister.

Having yet to fully learn Japanese, Kinomoto Rin has always thought he was reincarnated into an ordinary family in Little Japan... er, a neighboring country.

Kinomoto Rin worries himself sick over his family. How could one university professor of a father support three children?

So he got himself ready, and with his striking looks, successfully became a pretty boy (crossed out) an energetic idol.

He sells dreams and works hard to earn money, easing some of his father's burden.

Then one day, he discovers that his father's name is Kinomoto Fujitaka, his older brother is Kinomoto Toya, and, most importantly, his little sister Sakura is actually called Kinomoto Sakura...

He always thought "little Sakura" was just a pet name, okay?!

Kinomoto Rin reluctantly accepts the truth, only to discover that his childhood friend is Kudo Shinichi, one of his jobs is cheering on the Hyotei tennis club at a match, and when he hosts a middle school basketball tournament, one of the teams is called the Generation of Miracles...

Kinomoto Rin: ?

So this is a crossover world after all?

After being dragged into countless murder cases, accidentally injured by murderous tennis several times, and occasionally hauled off to street basketball one-on-ones, Kinomoto Rin finally snaps.

Can I please just be an idol in peace?!

The next morning, he wakes to find something like an Easter egg in his bed. By now, Kinomoto Rin is completely numb to it all.

Well... they've already got murderous tennis, unscientific basketball, Clow Cards, and a grade-school Grim Reaper. Adding a Guardian Egg isn't asking too much, right?

[Please Note]

1. This is Hoshino Rin, version 2.0 of Sakurai Rin, a universally adored beauty with a Tomie-like constitution.

2. He's still a silly beauty, but Hoshino Rin has a family, so he's a child surrounded by love.

3. This is probably a goofy comedy too.
