The Dog Emperor Is Too Hard to Kill

[A touch of cultivation, not a traditional emperor system. The tyrant emperor calls himself this king.]

Shen Yilan, a pawn abandoned by a defeated nation, had a face beautiful enough to bring a country to ruin. He was sent to be a hostage concubine to the tyrant of an enemy state.

He decided to assassinate the damn emperor on the night he was summoned to his bed.

Mo Lanye, the emperor of Zhou who had seized power by killing his father, had heard that the hostage sent to him was as beautiful as an immortal. He wanted to see just how beautiful.

Well, he was beautiful indeed.

Mo Lanye summoned Shen Yilan to his bed.

Shen Yilan hid a dagger, then thrust it at Mo Lanye's throat as he leaned over him.

Who would have thought Mo Lanye would evade it with ease, then break into a smile that revealed nothing of his mood?

"Your name clashes with this king's, which is a capital offense. Add to that the blade you brought to bed... So tonight, you will attend to me twice. That should make up for it."

Shen Yilan: "?"

The top is genuinely violent and ruthless, but only toward evil people and those who harm him.

He takes all the bottom's provocations, attempted assassinations, deliberate disobedience, and other mischief as a kitten being naughty, and pampers him like a treasure.

Shen Yilan: "Mo Lanye, I'll kill you one day!"

Mo Lanye: "Calling this king by his name is a capital offense. Two chests of jade as your reward."

Shen Yilan: "..."

Shen Yilan pointed a knife at Mo Lanye. "Damn emperor, prepare to die!"

Mo Lanye: "Audacious indeed. Next time, hold the knife like this. You'll have a steadier grip. Attempted murder is a capital offense today, too. I grant you a luminous pearl."

Shen Yilan: "..."

There were countless rewards like these.

Mo Lanye had given him so much that Shen Yilan was starting to feel bad about killing him...

The emperor came crawling into bed as soon as he caught a whiff of an opportunity. "Will you let me tonight?"

Then he instinctively dodged.

Huh? No kick tonight.

Mo Lanye could barely keep the corners of his mouth from turning up.

In the middle of the night, Shen Yilan brought out his dagger again and pressed it to the back of Mo Lanye's neck. His voice trembling with tears, he asked, "You want to go again?"

A gentle yet fierce beauty bottom with zero physical strength and negative attack power

A short-tempered, impatient, few-words-and-straight-to-action, doting top
