Chie thought for three seconds. “Sure, but… I have a feeling I might dump you within a month. Do you still want to date me?” Osamu: “I won't get dumped!” And so, for the month after they started dating, Osamu worried every day that his girlfriend was about to break up with him. He nearly glared right through the dates on the calendar! Damn it, he didn't want to break up with Chie! Osamu thought he was an excellent boyfriend! He did his best to fulfill every reasonable request his girlfriend made, and nodded along with his eyes shut at every unreasonable one. And so… “Ch… Chie, are you sure we should do this?” “Huh? Am I not allowed to step here?” Oriki Chie was an energy-saving type.
