Ming: Is the Eldest Legitimate Grandson Still Alive Today?

[The main text is written in third person]

I was born into a family of the highest status. My grandfather was the founding emperor, the Hongwu Emperor, and my grandmother was the virtuous Empress Ma! My father was Zhu Biao, the most dependable crown prince in history, and my mother was the eldest legitimate daughter of Chang Yuchun, a founding general!

As the eldest legitimate grandson of the emperor, I was taken in by my grandparents as soon as I was born and raised by their side, showered with boundless love.

Who could have guessed that, when I was three and gravely ill in bed, I would dream of all sorts of bizarre memories? Just as I was trying to make sense of them, a strange thing calling itself a "System" suddenly appeared in front of me and chattered on and on:

"You'll only live to be eight in this life, then you'll kick the bucket! Not long after your mother gives birth to your little brother, she'll kick the bucket too! Your father will die young! Your uncle Lan Yu will be killed by your grandfather! And your stepmother, Madam Lu, will spoil your little brother rotten!"

In that short speech, the strange thing had managed to kill off my entire family!

Horrified, I hurriedly bound myself to the strange thing, tears glimmering in my eyes as I cried out, "As the legitimate eldest grandson of the emperor in the early Ming dynasty, I refuse to die young!"
