Married Young, to an Evil God

After plants around the world mutated, humanity entered a new era.

As a researcher studying mutations, Lin Qingci welcomed the dawn of this new era by marrying Song Yuchuan, a man in a vegetative state.

Her colleagues wept. "A sacrifice for science!"

But so far, not a single instrument has indicated that her husband has mutated.

·

He lay peacefully on a spotless bed, a variety of medical instruments operating steadily around him.

His features were sharp, his pale, powerless fingers resting limply on the sheet, blood flowing quietly through his purplish veins.

He was a man who had been in a vegetative state for a long time, and one day he would die in his sleep.

But Lin Qingci knew.

A sinister, evil monster was parasitizing his body, imitating human feelings and conjuring a lie called love.

[Like you, wife.]

The instruments spun wildly, their dazzling red lights all turning toward Lin Qingci.

Even the ECG formed the shape of a heart.

[Eat, eat, eat, eat--]

[Eat wife!]

Lin Qingci smiled faintly and pulled out a huge syringe. "Put your feelings aside. First, let's draw some blood."

Song Yuchuan: ?

·

It was a noble lifeform, and to it, humans were food.

But it never expected that one day all of its biological signals would betray it.

That it would truly become a greedy, frantically writhing, silently roaring monster, born from a love it could never obtain.

[Wife, wife, wife, wife, wife--]

A gluttonous, obsessive, cosmic-level monster with both alien and Earthly blood, top x a breathtakingly beautiful researcher whose heart belongs only to science, bottom

[Reading Guide]

1. The top is a monster, one I made up.

2. The bottom is adored by everyone, with lots of one-sided crushes on him. He's extremely popular, so proceed with caution if that bothers you. The only pairing is with the top.

3. The story is mainly about their relationship.

4. Basically, it's a story about a truly emotionless bottom teaching an alien lifeform, which was never supposed to have feelings, what the hell love is. The students all graduated, but the teacher himself couldn't. I'm dying.
