A Guide to Inheriting the Red Faction's Legacy

Zhizhi Li's boyfriend died.

Zhizhi Li learned the news from a strange man who knocked on her door.

She couldn't understand what kind of accident could leave no body behind, nor why her boyfriend's friend seemed just as dangerous as her boyfriend had.

She couldn't see the man's face or expression, and had no way to identify him.

He said he would inherit all of Scotland's estate.

Zhizhi Li didn't know whether her boyfriend had left anything behind. All she knew was that she had once again lost the light that had illuminated her world.

But as the man began taking care of her in her boyfriend's place, and his gaze grew more and more intense, shifting from scrutiny to something deeper...

Zhizhi Li belatedly realized that she, too, seemed to be one of her boyfriend's inheritances.

Later, more and more people wanted to take care of her, and Zhizhi Li was starting to get confused.

Was it really necessary to take such good care of a friend's widow?

Their good friend Scotland died in an accident.

As his friend, Bourbon naturally took possession of all his estate.

But what if the inheritance was a living person?

He looked up and met the scrutinizing gaze of a man his friend had once introduced him to. With practiced ease, he said, "I'm just taking care of her for Jingguang."

The man, who resembled Jingguang, merely pushed up his glasses and replied calmly, "Under the law, blood relatives take precedence over any verbal will."

Bourbon smiled. "But you can't prove that you're related by blood."

"What if the inheritance you leave us is a living person?"

"We'll take good care of her."
