Attack on Titan/AOT: Mr. Levi and His Little Tangerine

While Levi was still in the Underground, he brought home a girl ten years younger than himself, with no idea where she came from.

She had a sweet, gentle smile and bright, clear eyes, but there was little she could do and much she couldn't. Most of the time, she was an innocent little idiot.

Then the scumbags in the Underground started calling her his little wife.

Twenty-four-year-old Levi: Hah. You rumor-mongers had better take turns keeping watch with both eyes tonight.

At twenty-eight, Levi left the Underground.

He rode a fine horse, the Wings of Freedom on his back, and headed beyond the Walls. For the first time, he experienced what it meant to be free.

But outside the Walls, freedom and danger went hand in hand. He wanted to keep her somewhere safe. Yet the little idiot she'd once been had long since grown up, and still those eyes looked at him just as they always had.

She said, "You need me."

At twenty-nine, Levi was confessed to by the little idiot he'd raised.

But he told her she needed to understand her own heart completely and know whether what she felt for him was love.

He also said, "Once you're sure how you feel about me, I'll give you my answer."

At thirty-four, Levi was the Survey Corps' squad leader.

And she was still by the side of the man known as "Humanity's Strongest."

Later, during a battle where everyone in the Survey Corps had to risk their lives for even a chance at victory, she chose to head for the front lines.

Before charging off, she told him, "When this battle is over, tell me your answer."

Later, as the Survey Corps returned, she quietly hooked her finger around his amid the crowd lining the road to welcome them home.

The people's cheers and praise almost reached the heavens.

She smiled and whispered to him, "I love you."

He murmured in reply, answering with the strength of his hand closing around hers.

Then he suddenly remembered: it seemed he'd beaten up those guys in the Underground a little too soon.

>>>Reader's Guide

1. The heroine is a sorcerer who transmigrates into this world.

2. Her technique lets her compress air. Releasing air compressed to a certain degree produces explosions of varying intensity, and she can also use reverse cursed technique.

3. Her golden finger is huge. It's Mary Sue, and I like it that way.

4. My usual style: no outline or advance chapters, the plot develops through inspiration, and the writing is wordy.

5. Character OOC warning. Original-character survival warning.

6. If you don't like it, please just move on. Don't make yourself uncomfortable.

7. To all the lovely readers who choose to support this story, happy reading!
