[High & Low] When Longing Becomes a Flood

·

"Memories gradually fade with time, but I still remember your face clearly.

Your smiling eyes, the curve of your lips, and your love, gentle yet passionate."

·

Beneath your fragile yet strong exterior lies a hidden obsession.

But neither of us is perfect, and that is exactly why we’re drawn to each other.

I fell for you so easily, as if feelings had become cheap.

But what am I supposed to do?

I can’t suppress my desire to love you, to draw closer to you.

So I linger between two choices, unable to make up my mind.

But when I hear you softly call my name, my heart sinks even deeper.

And then I tell myself:

"When my longing becomes an overwhelming flood, I’ll leave everything behind and come see you."

A few things to know before reading:

1. This is unquestionably a Mary Sue story. I like Mary Sue stories!

2. It’s a self-insert romance, and every character I like will have a romance plot, not just the five major leaders. Toward the end, there will be separate endings or bonus chapters.

3. There are a thousand Hamlets in a thousand readers’ eyes. I interpret every canon character in my own way, so my version may differ from yours. If you don’t like it, just click the X. There’s no need to argue with me.

4. There’s no set update schedule. I have a lot of unfinished stories, and after work I sometimes just want to laze around, though I’ll do my best to update.

5. If you really don’t like it, there’s nothing I can do. Everyone has different tastes, but thank you for clicking in to read this story.
