Lin Huan transmigrates into a melodramatic wealthy-family novel as the cannon-fodder assistant to a universally hated young master.
As the story's major villain, the young master is faithless and notorious, and ultimately gets sent to prison by the righteous protagonist gong and shou.
As for the original assistant, he meets a gruesome end as cannon fodder.
Lin Huan: Seriously, thank Q, very much.
I'm not getting involved in prison food or helping someone take the fall.
All I want is to make money and tip the streamer I like. (?)
1
Young Master Qi Zhu is partying with his rotten friends at an upscale club.
In the original plot, the cannon-fodder assistant was supposed to wait obediently, then clean up his mess afterward.
Lin Huan: Here's my chance to get rich.
He immediately calls the anti-pornography office. "I'd like to report something."
The scene is in chaos.
Qi Zhu suddenly spots his little assistant hiding behind a uniformed police officer, sneaking glances at him. A thought strikes him: Is he jealous?
2
Young Master Qi Zhu is plotting a sinister scheme.
In the original plot, the cannon-fodder assistant was supposed to offer timely warnings and anticipate the risks.
Lin Huan: For the bonus, I'm in!
No matter how outrageous Qi Zhu's demands are, Lin Huan gets right to it without a word.
Lin Huan tests the limits, dancing on the edge of a blade.
Watching his little assistant's generous and loyal figure, Qi Zhu thinks: He really loves me so much.
-
With the cannon-fodder assistant's help, the universally hated young master restores his reputation and becomes President Qi, a force to be reckoned with in the business world. Even the protagonist gong and shou treat him with respect.
Then Lin Huan takes his hefty bonus and leaves for parts unknown.
He happily settles into a carefree life, with plenty to eat and drink and no chance of dying horribly because of the plot.
But one day, Qi Zhu suddenly appears in front of him.
Qi Zhu's eyes are red-rimmed. He laughs in anger. "Lin Huan, did you do it on purpose? You went to all that trouble to flirt with me, then you just threw me away?"
-
Rumors spread throughout the business world: President Qi's assistant is done for. I heard he kept reporting things and causing a fuss in front of President Qi, and now he's gone missing. President Qi is going to make him pay!
Little do they know that in a hotel suite just beyond the wall, Qi Zhu lowers his lashes and pleads in a soft voice: "Please don't be mad. I'll do whatever you say."
Lin Huan's face turns red. His eyes widen like a cat with its fur standing on end. "Explain yourself. What did you mean by kissing me just now?"

Bonus scene:
Qi Zhu has just transferred Lin Huan a generous bonus when he turns around and sees him tipping a young male streamer.
Lin Huan smiles happily at his phone, his finger already tapping several zeroes.
Qi Zhu has long noticed Lin Huan watching this streamer. His knuckles crack as he clenches his hands, his voice icy. "Is that your type?"
"Yeah, I like him." Lin Huan doesn't even look up.
Qi Zhu stands rigidly behind him for ages, then finally can't take it anymore and reaches out to turn off his phone screen.
"What are you doing? Are you crazy?" Lin Huan asks, baffled.
Qi Zhu takes the phone away and pushes him toward the bedroom.
"I'm going to remind you who your boyfriend is."
(P.S. The streamer is the shou's younger brother, and the tips are to help cover his living expenses. The gong has no idea and has been jealous for nothing all along. (^▽^)
