Ge Shao has been both unlucky and lucky lately. Unlucky enough that his luxury car, worth several million, breaks down eight times in a single day, every time in some remote mountain wilderness. Lucky enough to find a phone left behind by a spy from a rival company, even when he just goes to use the bathroom.

Thanks to this mix of bad luck and good fortune, on his thirtieth birthday, he receives a human-shaped package from deep in the mountains. A boy stands in front of the smoking engine, his curved brows and the silver bell around his neck equally dazzling.
