[Soldiers Sortie Prequel] The So-Called Rise and Fall

What people call the ups and downs of life seem just like a game.

If it really is a game, why are the people playing it so lost and helpless?

The ways of the world are always such a mess. Brick walls divide us. People come, and people go. You, returning once more to your distant hometown, how have you been?

Year after year, I became the person you once were.

Winter after winter, summer after summer, someone else became me.

At the station, don't feel lonely. Just stay silent, and better yet, never tell you and me apart.
