The Money-Grubbing Black Cat Transmigrates into a Blackhearted Doctor with Superpowers

Illumi was very happy when he ran into his younger brother after finishing a mission.

But his happiness didn't last a minute. His younger brother gave him an "order" and sent him somewhere else.

When his vision returned, the adorable little brother in front of him had become a strange man holding up a frilly dress.

The man looked at him pitifully and called him "Alice-chan," begging him to try on the dress.

Illumi: ?

Mori: ???

Who can tell me why my Alice-chan has turned into a man a whole head taller than me?

A young man walked in through the door, looking disgusted. "Mr. Mori, your tastes are getting stranger and stranger."

Mori: ...

Illumi remembered what Killu had said when giving orders to Nanika: "Let him see me again once he can be a normal big brother."

...So if someone willingly called him "Big Brother," Nanika would surely judge that the "condition has been met," right?

Then he could go back to Killu's side.

He reached out to the two young men standing by the door. "Come on, call me 'Big Brother.'"

The three of them: Wait, put down the needles in your hand before you talk!
