Geto's Childhood Friend Is a Shrine Maiden

At the most uncertain time in his life,

Geto found the shrine where his childhood friend lived.

Noso Rie stood beneath a tree strung with red ribbons, thoughtfully turning a bamboo fortune stick in her fingers.

She heard footsteps.

She turned her head and smiled, her eyes a vivid shade of green.

"A good day to meet an old friend."

She didn't ask him a thing.

Just like when they were children, she gently asked him to help look after the shrine, but she also helped him leave everything about the world of jujutsu behind.

To witness the everyday lives of ordinary people once more.

No longer to be drowned in an endless stream of missions and bloodshed.

Dappled shadows beneath the trees, sunlight falling through.

Water trickling over stones.

Lost children would take the shrine maiden's hand and find their way home.

Geto, one-on-one romance, pure sweetness, sweet, sweet, sweet. The Jujutsu Kaisen 0 movie hit me in the feels, and for some mysterious reason I wanted to write Geto x a healing shrine maiden x cozy everyday life at a shrine.
