A Corrupted Honmaru: Speedrunning in One Life

A certain Touken Ranbu game I quit because of school and health issues had my account deleted due to a major official bug.

I couldn't accept the compensation the developers offered, so I decided to quit for good.

Even if I started a new Honmaru on this account, it wouldn't be the one I'd raised since launch.

Then, one day several years later, someone knocked on my door. I saw a familiar-looking fox sitting outside.

I must have opened the door the wrong way.

Without hesitation, I shut it again.

A deafening voice rang out from the other side of the door.

The fox, Konosuke, said something about how the game I'd played was real, the Time Government was recruiting Saniwa, and I had powerful spiritual energy. They wanted me to join them and make history once more.

When I still didn't open the door, Konosuke said, "Saniwa-sama, we have a way to bring back the Honmaru you lost. Would you consider..."

I opened the door and stared down at Konosuke, half believing it.

"What way? Tell me all about it."
