My Husband Is a Battle-Worn Inumaki

Read the [Reader's Guide] before starting. It's right below the blurb.

Here's a peek at my upcoming stories↓↓↓

[Is Liking Geto Really Such a Big Deal?] Gojo/Geto love triangle

[Geto's Little Sister Can't Be Left Without Support] Dark, possessive Oro no Kokuo x female protagonist

Blurb:

He lost an arm, completely lost the ability to speak, and was locked away in a lightless basement.

Later, he learned to dream in the dark.

He dreamed up a home, and her.

She was like a star, gradually illuminating his dark life with her faint light.

Then one day,

the basement door suddenly opened.

She stood against the light and reached out to him. "Toge, I came to find you!"

[Reader's Guide]:

● Genuine hurt/comfort, emphasis on the hurt.

The story is divided into early dream sequences and later reality. The female lead transmigrates into the story in the later section. The Inumaki in the dreams and the Inumaki in reality are the same person in spirit.

Third-person narration, around 200,000 characters. The dream and reality sections are roughly equal in length.

○ There is a child. Slow pace, focused on everyday life.

○ Lots of inner monologue, not plot-driven, amateurish writing.

○ Inumaki is practically the only major character. Everyone else is a guest appearance needed for the plot. It's about the little life of a family of four.

One more thing:

Whether it's lighthearted depends on the reader.

Not every meeting in a hurt/comfort story can be perfectly timed. I started writing this simply because I wanted the Inumaki from the original story to have someone comfort him, someone willing to do anything for him during the period the original author forgot about.

I hope this story can bring you a little warmth amid all the hardship.

Recommended for readers who like everyday-life stories, hurt/comfort, food, raising kids, and slow-paced stories.

Theme: Even a faint light can illuminate the darkness
