Lu Ran spent ten years in show business, becoming famous throughout the country before dying young from exhaustion.
He never expected that after transmigrating into a book, he would become a C-list celebrity in a novel, one who was determined to become a top-tier star.
He was tired and wanted to lie flat.
Lu Ran happily decided to slack off and retire early.

A few years later, the beautiful, broke slacker made a quiet comeback, with a chubby little boy by his side.
The beauty said to the boy, "Son, from now on you'll have to work hard and earn your own formula money."
The boy asked, "Can I have one more bottle of milk tonight?"
The beauty poked the boy's round belly.
The boy looked aggrieved. "All right."
While they were filming a variety show about parenting, the beauty and the chubby boy had a bizarre dynamic.
The other guests were rushing around, exhausted from looking after their kids, while the beauty was always lying flat on camera.
The other children sat neatly in a row at the table, while the chubby boy held out his little bowl on the street and begged for food.
"Handsome uncle, pretty auntie, could you give Doudou a bowl of rice?"
The next second, the beauty grabbed the begging boy by the scruff of his neck and dragged him back.

One day, the president of Xingyao Entertainment opened his company's variety show and saw a miniature version of himself begging for food on the street.
The president was speechless. Had his vigorous, elderly parents secretly had another son behind his back? Why was he begging?
Suddenly, a gorgeous beauty appeared on screen.
The president burst into tears. So it was my long-lost wife and child!
One day, after becoming wildly popular, the beauty chose to stay home and lie flat. A strange man showed up at his door.
The president got right to the point. "Wife, long time no see."
The beauty frowned. "Who are you?"
The president said, "I'm the president of Xingyao Entertainment, "
Before he could finish, the beauty slammed the door in his face and complained, "What kind of cheap new pig-butchering scam is this?"
The beauty raised the boy very well. His begging on the street was just a scene from the variety show.
