Jiang Xiaomian changed "hard" to "soft." Within a few days, the distant nephew made an excuse to leave. Apparently, he went around seeing urologists to treat his impotence.

[The neighbor lusts after the protagonist and deliberately comes over to mooch a meal]

Jiang Xiaomian changed "cucumber" in the line "The neighbor devoured the cucumber salad" to "mushrooms." Right after the meal, the neighbor was rushed to the hospital for mushroom poisoning. He reportedly spent his whole hospital stay yelling that he could see ten old men riding on a tree.

[The boss forces the protagonist to use his looks to please a business partner]

The original script: "The boss looked at Jiang Ting with a calculating smile. 'The client likes handsome men. Why don't you go?'"

Jiang Xiaomian changed "you" to "me." So the boss went to the banquet himself, only to be kicked out immediately for being too ugly. The deal fell through, and he was fired.

[The aloof CEO discovers the protagonist's secret by accident]

The original script: "Lu Kaifeng turned away, but the birthmark on the lower part of his back aroused his suspicions. The boy who had been by his side when he got drunk after being set up by his enemies all those years ago had a birthmark just like that..."

Jiang Xiaomian tossed away the script: What's the point of changing this? I recognized my rich old-money dad at a glance... I mean, my biological father!

Lu Kaifeng was still lost in thought when a sturdy little child suddenly wrapped his arms around his leg.

The little bundle of joy, who came only up to his thigh, had clear eyes and chubby cheeks. In a sweet, childish voice, he called, "Daddy~"
