Here's a recommendation for my new Detective Conan story, Acting Out a Melodramatic Script with My Childhood Friend, featuring the Rei and Zero pairing. There are more upcoming works on my author page. If you're interested, please add them to your favorites. Thank you!

Uchiha Menma is facing two major problems in life:

1. His memory has been getting worse and worse lately. He might have Alzheimer's.

2. To make sure he doesn't become an ignorant idiot in the future, he needs to record a video for his future self.

The upcoming family trip is perfect material.

Uchiha Menma takes out the mini camcorder he swiped from the Audio Research Institute, presses the button, and begins introducing himself.

He clears his throat.

"My name is Uchiha Menma. I'm the son of the Seventh Hokage of Konoha and the head of the Uchiha clan. I'm eleven years old..."

-

After the Third Shinobi World War ended and the village had time to recover, the Fourth Hokage, Minato, secured his position. Under his rule, Konoha was thriving anew. What's more, the first movement from the unborn Naruto filled him with joy.

Everything was flourishing.

A grand summer festival couldn't have come at a better time.

Minato brought his wife Kushina to the rare celebration, where they also ran into the Uchiha clan head and his family.

How lively, Minato thought.

But he never expected things to get even livelier.

A strange light screen suddenly appeared in the sky. It came out of nowhere, like an enemy attack.

As everyone stood on guard, the face of a blond, blue-eyed little boy appeared on the screen.

["My name is Uchiha Menma. I'm the son of the Seventh Hokage of Konoha and the head of the Uchiha clan..."]

Minato: ?

Note:

1. Sasuke and Naruto only, with at most a tiny bit of Kakashi and Obito.

2. This is self-indulgent writing. There just aren't enough Sasuke and Naruto livestream stories, so I'm writing one myself. If you know of any others, please recommend them in the comments. (P.S. I don't like the four-piece set.)

3. Picks up from chapter 698. No Boruto, no redemption theory, no weird Otsutsuki or aliens.

Below are upcoming works. Please add them to your favorites. Thank you, dears!

Acting Out a Melodramatic Script with My Childhood Friend, featuring the Rei and Zero pairing

The Kogaku Simulation Life game claims that once you earn enough "high-profile moments" and impression points, you can do whatever you want in the Kogaku world.

Transmigrators are rubbing their hands together, all declaring they'll definitely become the most popular players in the game. After all...

What could leave a deeper impression than a world-shattering romance with the wildly popular locals?

It's settled!

Flirt with Bourbon on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays; sleep with Matsuda on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays; tease the pink-haired Akai on Sundays. And don't forget the hardworking little bee, Gin!

"Wait, " Scotland nearly chokes to death again after dying. "Is this right?!"

[If I report Bourbon to GIN after joining the liquor company, then act out a love-hate drama with him, will it go viral?]

What is this post, too?

What on earth are you Fourth Calamity people doing?!

Where's your morality? Where's the law? Arrest them! Arrest every last one of them!

Scotland is so scared he comes back to life, puts on a secret identity overnight, and rushes back to Beika Town.

His goal: infiltrate the Fourth Calamity, earn enough "high-profile moments," kick out every last Fourth Calamity player, save the world, and protect his childhood friend and his unlucky fellow agent on the good-guy side.

But he underestimates how popular the Fourth Calamity's scripts, capable of giving the locals heart attacks, really are. It turns out everyone loves melodramatic romance about beautiful, tragic characters.

With no other choice, Scotland comes up with his own script and acts out a replacement-character corruption arc.

As for the other lead in the script...

Scotland (guiltily): ...Sorry, Zero. But it seems this is the only way I can go.

No Rebirth [Infinite]

When Wen Li was alive, he made Xu Chang's life miserable.

He had to teach Wen Li how to behave in society. He had to keep an eye on him at all times. He had to know what Wen Li was doing every moment of every day.

Xu Chang installed a surveillance program on Wen Li's phone, and placed several trackers and listening devices on him.

Xu Chang had to review all of Wen Li's social interactions, and forbade him from being alone with anyone for more than half an hour.

He lived in constant anxiety for ten years. Before Wen Li could get himself into serious trouble, Wen Li died first.

When he personally pushed Wen Li into the cremation furnace, it was hard to tell whether Xu Chang felt relieved.

Then one day, an official from a special department came to visit.

They said: Your childhood friend Wen Li has become a walking disaster of evil spirits.

They said: Every word he speaks drives people insane.

They said: Everywhere he goes, he leaves a trail of unpredictable bloodshed.

"Do you have a way to stop the evil spirit from being reborn?"

Xu Chang: "..."

He rubbed his forehead, thinking that he'd only stopped keeping an eye on Wen Li for half a year.

Wen Li had made his life miserable while alive. Of course he'd keep bothering him after death, too.

"I'll think of something..."

Thick, almost tangible black mist silently spread from behind Xu Chang.

A cold, wet arm, capable of drowning a person, wound around his waist.

"...I'll kill him with my own hands."

"I can offer you a good solution..." The evil spirit leaned close to Xu Chang's ear and whispered. "You can die with me."

"Never, ever leave me."

"Not even in death."

Theme: Join hands to create a better life.
