[Crossover] The Possibility of Becoming a Spotlight Character After Turning into My Sister's Outrageous OC

In his previous life, he was a passionate young man on the verge of starting college, a math and finance freshman. During a summer vacation filled with the sound of cicadas, he went out to buy batteries and was crushed to death by a truck.

Him: Listen, I want to thank you. Because of you, every season feels warm. JPG

When he came to, he found himself standing outside the police academy on some island nation, holding a battered suitcase in his left hand.

He knew nothing about his appearance, his name, or his background.

Luckily, his phone had broken through the dimensional barrier with him. It had come along to the anime world everyone loved, and still had one percent battery left.

Luckily, a kind, pun-loving System reminded him that his current background and appearance came from his cousin's OC. As long as his character became famous in the real-world community, he could go home.

So he hurriedly sent his cousin a message:

"Are you there? It's me, your little brother."

Thirty seconds later, his cousin replied:

"Sweetie, next time you try to scam me, pick a better moment, okay? I'm an only child."

Him: "..."

Thanks to their secret signals and memories from when they were kids, his cousin temporarily accepted the fact that her little cousin was now a character on a screen, wearing the appearance of one of her own OCs.

Cousin: "Here's the problem. I have at least a hundred OCs with full names. Some are dead, some alive, and some half-dead, and they've all got their defining traits. Which one are you wearing now?"

Him: "Light golden hair, and a voice that's a little hard to tell apart from a woman's."

Cousin: "Check whether you've got a rose tattoo on your waist or stomach."

Him: "I do."

Cousin: "Oh! That must be Chiba Ruka, the OC I made for angst..."

The phone soon went dark. He, who could now be called Chiba Ruka, stood bewildered amid the crowds of Japanese people enjoying their peaceful lives, facing the sunrise and a gentle breeze...

[Detective Conan: Former child star, future police academy belle, before childhood trauma: Chiba Ruka]

[Jujutsu Kaisen: Low-IQ beauty and the Gojo family's last trump card: Gojo Akira]

[Genshin Impact: The sickly young master of Xinyue Kiosk, childhood friend of the Liyue national team: Lixia]

[OC unlocks pending]

Cousin: "Little cousin, did you know you've actually appeared in an anime in our world?"

Cousin: "By the transitive property, my OC has made it into an anime. When you put it that way, I'm pretty happy, hehehe."

Cousin: "But don't worry! I'll stake my honor as a fan artist on making you a popular character so you can get home safe and sound!"

Him: "So what did you do?"

Cousin: "I drew fan comics about you!!!"

Him: "?!"

A note from the author:

1. The protagonist is a student, the characters may be out of character, there may be everyday-life details, and the writing may not be great. It's all in there.

2. The cover features Chiba Ruka.

3. The protagonist doesn't need healing or to be doted on by everyone. He's everyone's dad (not really).

Theme: They talk about friendship and bonds.
