Wen He wanted nothing more to do with Xie Huai, and, panicking, tried to escape. She turned and ran straight into a wall of a man.

The space was narrow and cramped. Xie Huai looked down at her, standing very close. His warm breath seemed to brush her ear, and his gaze was intensely possessive.

Wen He instinctively tried to slip around him, but her foot skidded.

She grabbed the person beside her without thinking. As she stood there stunned, his low, pleasant voice suddenly sounded in her ear. "Wen He."

"Hm?"

His tone was nonchalant. "You've pulled my collar open."

1. The author is terrible at blurbs. This is a long-form writing exercise. The prose is a little immature, but I'm writing it with care~

2. The male lead seems cool and composed, but he's actually a love-struck puppy with a lot of inner monologue.

Then one day, he accidentally saw the usually innocent, rabbit-like girl take down the big guy from the class next door in seconds.

She lowered her pretty eyes, her voice as soft and gentle as ever. "Didn't your mother teach you that bullying at school is wrong?"

"If your mother didn't teach you, then I'll teach you."

Only then did he understand.

So this soft, sweet little rabbit only pretended to be well-behaved.

In truth, she was wild behind closed doors.

The two people who should have had nothing to do with each other crossed paths because of one casual act of pretending by the girl.

She walked away as soon as it was over.

But she had no idea that someone had become completely immersed in the act and fallen into the trap.

One evening, Ni Ye cornered her. His eyes were red as he asked hoarsely, "You used me and now you want to ditch me, Lin Shiyang? It's not going to be that easy."

Lin Shiyang thought he was being unreasonable and scrunched her nose. "Then what do you want?"
