The Years I Spent as a Delinquent Girl

Wei Ci spent fourteen years living in a small town in her hometown.

With a bunch of rowdy friends, her hair dyed in every color of the rainbow,

drinking cheap beer on the street,

she truly thought this was happiness.

After her grandmother died, her father had a sudden change of heart and took her abroad.

Life overseas wasn't good. She had money, but no dignity.

Her father ignored her, and her stepmother was cold toward her.

Wei Ci died the year she was about to start college.

Only after she died did she discover

that the only people who sincerely came to pay their respects were those few rowdy friends back home.

But those bad friends of hers

didn't have wealthy fathers like she did.

They gradually dropped out of school and started working.

Some died in gang fights,

while others went to prison.

Before long, no one came to pay their respects anymore.

As the last wisp of incense smoke vanished,

Wei Ci opened her eyes and saw several brightly colored heads in front of her.

"Come on!" the red-haired girl said excitedly.

"Let's go to the internet cafe. Don't waste this precious time!"

Note: The heroine and her friends aren't bad kids. Their families don't care about them, so they went astray, but they don't bully anyone.
