Main Plot
After waking up from a terrorist attack, Jian Mu started to suspect she was going insane.
First, a midnight bus that was always empty suddenly filled up with headless people.
"Excuse me, let me through. This is my stop." Jian Mu looked anxious.
"I said, move!" In a hurry to get home and lie down, she swung a punch at each one. Soon, a clear path opened up.
Good. They had no heads and couldn't hear her, but they could still understand body language.
Gradually, Jian Mu's condition got worse.
Strange shadows wandered through the crowded cafeteria. They sniffed lightly at the food, and the already bland dishes took on a rusty, muddy taste, making them even harder to swallow.
She stopped taking the bus and rode her bike instead, only to find the road blocked by a long bridal procession. They had no regard for public decency, scattering paper money everywhere.
Even sitting under the school's century-old tree to calm her nerves, she heard it murmur, "You know the spot you're sitting in now... someone peed here yesterday. Yes, the top student in your grade."
Jian Mu: !!!
For a moment, she couldn't decide whether to jump up or be horrified by what the old tree had revealed.
Who was the top student?
Lin Anzhi, a prodigy, a cool and aloof heartthrob, a rising star of the future... More importantly, her childhood friend of sixteen years.
You! Under that cold exterior, you had this side to you?!

A serious blurb that might not be all that serious:
Ever since Jian Mu started seeing ghosts, her life has been turned upside down.
For one thing, she keeps running into an absurd number of people plagued by bad luck. It's like the God of Misfortune has taken up residence in them.
For another, she accidentally split into three and became a traffic light.
As a red light, she burns with fury, and everything she passes is reduced to ashes. As a yellow light, she's lazy, and everything within her reach comes to a standstill. As a green light, she's full of life, bringing all things back to life and even raising the dead.
But that's life. Who hasn't had to deal with a few red lights? She can manage.
Finally, she discovers that her childhood friend of sixteen years might not be human.
That won't do.
She won't stand for her childhood friend secretly not being human behind her back!
As for accidentally killing someone and attracting the attention of the Paranormal Affairs Bureau... That's just a tiny, insignificant matter :)

Lin Xun, the youngest captain in the Paranormal Affairs Bureau, is infamous for his brutal, cruel nature. All manner of demons and spirits tremble at his name.
Until one day, during an arrest operation, he saw a girl in a white dress at a bloody murder scene.
Blood slowly dripped from the dagger gleaming in the light as the girl tilted her head.
A chilly breeze carrying the scent of rust stirred the girl's black hair.
He recognized her.
His childhood friend...
Jian Mu.
Urban fantasy + paranormal + xuanhuan. The leads hunt ghosts and slay monsters. The plot includes a touch of mystery and a touch of Lovecraftian horror.
