The Metaphysics Master Has Returned

Su Xuan, a Celestial Master of the Daoist school, transmigrates into a mecha novel set among the stars, becoming the cannon-fodder real heiress.

Because she is slow-witted and untalented, she can barely operate even the lowest-grade mecha, and her mecha family considers her a disgrace.

According to the novel's plot, she gives up on herself and soon dies destitute and sick.

But after Su Xuan arrives, everyone gradually finds her impossible to understand.

At a school competition:

Su Xuan pilots a C-class mecha against her opponent's A-class mecha.

The audience sighs. "That's one of Master X's proudest creations, equipped with an electromagnetic cannon. Just one hit will tear that C-class mecha to pieces..."

But, hilariously, it can't even land a hit.

Su Xuan's C-class mecha weaves and dodges among the cannon blasts with a strange set of steps, without even a scratch on its metal plating. She waits until her opponent's mecha runs out of energy, then marches forward on its little legs and pushes it right off the field.

The audience: !!!

The audience: What kind of new program is this?!

Su Xuan: Ignorant fools. It's the Seven Stars and Eight Trigrams Steps!

During an outdoor training exercise:

Su Xuan's battered little mecha joins a group of high-end mechas to fight magical beasts.

Her teammates panic. "This star beast has incredibly strong defenses. We can't break through. Abandon the fight and retreat!"

Then Su Xuan's mecha pulls out a crumpled sheet of paper and sticks it on the star beast. One slash later, the beast is gone.

Her teammates: !!!

Her teammates: What kind of new weapon is that?!

Su Xuan: Fools. It's an Armor-Breaking Talisman!

Before long, talisman packs and movement techniques for Su Xuan's mecha become highly sought after.

When her scumbag birth father sees the supposedly useless daughter he abandoned at the Mecha Association, he discovers that she has already become the legendary number one mecha pilot.

The Su family regrets everything and begs Master Su to return to the family.

Su Xuan waves them away. "I don't know you. Turn left at the door and take a queue number."
